Age Limit & Eligibility

fixlp's services are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Minors or anyone under 21 may not use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult resident of Bangladesh.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Providing accurate and truthful information when creating an account is mandatory.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Using someone else's account or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• fixlp reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify the fixlp support team immediately. fixlp is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access, unless it results from a system fault on the platform.

Welcome Bonus

fixlp offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions apply to receiving and using the bonus:

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once and from a single account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, fixlp reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• fixlp reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Payment Methods

fixlp offers deposit and withdrawal facilities through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services. Currently supported payment methods are:

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile financial number registered on the account.
• The relevant wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If unusual activity is identified in a transaction, fixlp reserves the right to temporarily suspend processing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the identity verification process is completed.

Prohibited Financial Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on fixlp and may result in permanent account termination:

• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financing.
• Conducting transactions using another person's identity or payment details.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

VIP Levels & Benefits

fixlp's VIP program has four levels. You can advance to a higher level based on your activity and contribution to the platform. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each level:

Decisions on VIP level assignment and cashback payments are entirely at the discretion of fixlp. fixlp reserves the right to change cashback amounts.

Level Change Policy

• VIP level upgrades are based on continued active participation on the platform.
• Extended inactivity may result in a VIP level reduction.
• Cashback is paid once per week.
• VIP cashback benefits may be cancelled in the event of an account violation.

Fair Play Policy

fixlp is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles and are protected by SSL encryption.

The following activities are completely prohibited on fixlp:

• Using bots, automated software, or any other technological assistance to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension & Termination Authority

• Attempts to harm other users or the platform are observed.

Upon account termination, all active bonuses and cashback will be cancelled immediately. However, fixlp will decide separately on the return of any legitimate balance.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Entire Agreement

These terms represent the entire agreement between fixlp and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings. Should any provision of these terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
